Friendly staff who were very professional! 😊 This place has a great and convenient location, close to a gas station and the downtown area. Plus, they have a pool and hot tub for extra relaxation.

I booked 94 room rate but after taxes it ended up 150.07 for ea night, 5 nights,manager would not adjust,he put blame on Booked.net, Booked.net put blame on Comfort Suites

Booked room w Booked.net at 94 room rate put in for 5 nights, ended up paying 150.07 total per night neither comfort suites or Booked.net would adjust or take blame...very upset, I travel every week and this is first time I have experienced this. Not good business at all. At that rate I could have stayed downtown....rate should not have appeared to be 94 a night.....wrong wrong marketing, very disappointed

The location is perfect for exploring Nashville, situated close to many shops, restaurants, the downtown area, and with enjoyable pool and hot tub amenities nearby.

Our bed was hard.. loved the selection of pillows though.

The brand-new room had everything I needed like internet access and a sofa bed, but the air over the shower didn't circulate.

We met super-friendly and accommodating employees.

Hotel was clean, and the location was great. Location: the venue was adjacent to the Madison/Goodlettsville shopping districts. It also was in the Opry Gaylord area. We had a comfortable stay that exceeded high expectations, would have extended the stay.

The breakfast was hot and exceptionally good, including several hot items. the location is particularly good and excellent, very close to the mall.

The breakfast was great, especially since i had 4 kids! The indoor pool was perfect for the kids as well.

The lady at the front desk checked us in under someone elses name then the same one lock the wrong door and we were locked out the building and she mouth off at us because we were upset we literally walked to the car and back and the door was locked the same lady had the guest backed up need help and told us to hold on and walked away after ten meet she return and said couldn't help us with the computers instead of telling us that when it was just us at the desk instead of walking away and having us wait

The staff was professional and helpful all day. The hotel's location next to the stadium and downtown, as well as near many stores and restaurants, was excellent. Additionally, it was just a 15-minute drive to Historic Mansker's.

The room was clean and roomy, and eady access to restaurants!

Our bathroom door wouldn't stay open, had to prop that door open with the ironing board to go in/out frequntly (like when we first arrrived and needed to settle in)...also, had to prop door open since there is no exhause fan in the bathroom. This hotel is too close to main roads for my liking...heard cars, trucks motorcycles all night....but, once we were asleep, didn't keep us awake.

Pool was out of towels regularly.
